Anyway, when the begginer notice the simple fact that ' Almost all the vegitable is easy to boiled up ( Under 5 minutes around ) when we try to ' Very thin' of cutting operation, all the cokking menu comes very close point to realize for begginers.....

When we think of ' Begginer's cooking ' ( Like younger age or others ), ' Boiling process ' is one big preventional wall ( shougai ) for being requested to overcome ( uchikatsu, norikoeru ) .
' The boiling process ' is one element which can win over just only cutting root part of vegitable as ' Very thin ( usuku ) ' and nothing more, but although ( /// dakeredo ) this is just simple keypoint, but the beginners usually dous not notice this simple 1 keypoint, and they always can not well accustomed to cook himself...
